Dr. Charles L. Harris is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has helped thousands of patients with every type of retinal disease and dysfunction. A skilled surgeon, Dr. Harris completed his ophthalmologic residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at the University of Tennessee, where he trained under world-renowned eye surgeons.
